This course focuses on the skills required in pre-project work: the strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement, investigation, and business case development that happen before a project is formally initiated. It places emphasis on valuable business analysis skills and tools rather than the BA role itself, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a fit-for-purpose solution.
Delivered through recordings of live sessions taught by Olumide Adeleye, MBCS- which means real classroom teaching, real questions, and exam-focused guidance built on over 20 years of training experience.
